Turner's Jay Fraser - bound for Jackson Hole, WY

From the earliest days of BuildIT we have counted Turner Construction Company as a key ally in our mission to connect, advocate and build capacity within the AEC industry.  As we gather in Wyoming to chart our course/update our 20-year business plan focused on project funding, workforce development, alternative project deliver and utility engagement in the age of  Data Center Development and increased energy consumption we thank the legacy of such ‘Turner Greats’ as Lisa Ballantyne, Jim Lears, Steve Rule, Jim Hull, Bill Ketchum, Reed McMains, Aaron Olson, Bianca Johnson, Elena Anaya, Matt Hyde, and Brittney Parkinson.

We are honored to welcome one of our most trusted allies, Jay Fraser, to Jackson Hole where he will share his unique perspectives on infrastructure development across the United States.

Jay Fraser is a Senior Vice President for Turner Construction Company and leads the Aviation and Transportation market segment.  Jay is responsible for identifying and developing aviation projects for Turner in the US.  He works closely with Turner’s clients and their consultant representatives as their most significant Aviation projects develop through both the preconstruction and construction phases.  Current major airport improvement projects include work at SEA, SFO, SAN, DSM, ORD, DFW, IAD, BOS and MEM.  Jay also maintains project specific Principal-in-Charge responsibilities on select projects in the US.  He has spent his entire career of 39 years with Turner and has been managing the Aviation and Transportation market for the past 9 years.
