San Diego Mayor Todd Gloria supports our 1.5% LGBT utilization goal

BuildOUT California is honored to have the support of San Diego Mayor Todd Gloria in our efforts to achieve a more diverse and equitable utility sector by establishing a 1.5% procurement goal for California utilities to work with LGBT firms.
