About Greg Kelly
As President and CEO of STV, Greg leads a workforce of over 2,200 employees, driving the firm's strategic growth in technology, human capital, and business development. STV is a premier provider of architectural, engineering, planning, and construction management services for infrastructure, transportation, and energy facilities.
Greg’s distinguished career also includes serving as CEO of Heritage Construction & Materials and CEO of WSP’s U.S. operations. A member of the National Academy of Construction and The Moles, he served as Chair of the NYBC from 2024 until February 2026.
