LGBTQ businesses contribute more than $1.7 trillion to the US economy, yet biases within some industry sectors still create barriers to entry for many LGBTQ business owners. BuildOUT California welcomes the support of the California Legislative LGBTQ Caucus in our efforts to establish a 1.5% utilization goal for California utilities to do business with LGBT firms.
