BuildOUT California and BuildIT + leading industry partners launch our international ESG Program and related services!

Updated: Sep 18

BuildOUT California and BuildIT, in association with leading industry partners, launch our international ESG Program and related services!

When BuildOUT California launched in 2020, we didn’t want to be just ‘the best’ industry association for the LGBT/Allied industry – we wanted to be the best industry association in the marketplace. That journey has been remarkable, and we are grateful for the nearly 8,000 businesses, professionals, tradespeople and industry leaders who engage with us on a weekly basis to achieve that goal (third-party validated).

To that end – one of the most important movements within our collective industries surrounds efforts surrounding environmental, social and governance (ESG) programming. ESG is important because it helps identify and manage risks, improve social responsibility, enhance long-term sustainability, meet stakeholder expectations, navigate and comply with regulations, and improve access to capital for underserved/under-represented communities.

Investors rely on ESG metrics to assess financial risks, demanding strategies to tackle climate change while recognizing that inclusive, positive workplaces drive better performance.BuildIT (https://www.build-it.world), in collaboration with Expansive Insights (https://expansiveinsights.com) and the thought leaders at POSH Energy (https://www.poshenergy.com), has created an ESG program that uses industry standards, best practices and regulations to help companies formalize, facilitate and document ESG goals and implement strategies to build and sustain your ESG Program. Each company’s journey to becoming environmentally sustainable and socially responsible will be unique, but it’s more critical than ever to start now and get it right.

We invite you to learn more about this program and how our Global Brand BuildIT can add value to your organization, business and initiative!
