BuildIT welcomes Ann Gray, Past President of RICS, to our Strategic Planning Session in Jackson Hole from Nov 6-8

BuildIT will welcome Ann Gray, Past President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), to our Strategic Planning Session in Jackson Hole, WY November 6 – 8, 2025. BuildIT’s collaboration with RICS dates back to our founding year through the facilitation of Georgia Berger of HammerTech and Barry Cullen, now with MACE Construction, based in London.

RICS, headquartered in London, England with a global membership of over 134,000, is a professional body that sets standards and regulates chartered surveyors in the land, property, and construction sectors. It provides professional development, training, and a global code of conduct to ensure members are qualified and uphold high standards of competence and ethics. Membership in RICS, indicated by credentials like MRICS, signifies a level of quality and assurance for professionals and the public. 

While founded in the UK, RICS has a significant global presence, and its qualifications are recognized worldwide. RICS’ divides its global operations into five World Regional Boards, which oversee various nations within their regions including:  The Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa along with the UK and Ireland.

Ann is founder and principal of GRAY Real Estate Advisors which provides consulting services to optimize outcomes for complex properties. Prior to forming her business, Ann was Executive Director of Development at Paramount Pictures where she oversaw hundreds of millions of dollars in acquisition, master planning, entitlements and design of corporate and production facilities, technical upgrades and utility infrastructure.
