BuildIT turns to Ange Matthews and LeaderSauce to Guide Executive Strategic Planning Session Program

When BuildIT began planning its Executive Strategic Planning Session for November 6–8, 2025, one thing was clear: the session needed a ‘Chief Architect’ with the experience, knowledge, and tenacity to guide nearly 60 high-performing, Type-A leaders from across the Design & Construction industry — public agency leaders, CEOs of highly successful businesses, and influential innovators capable of transforming the industry.

We turned to Ange Matthews, CEO of LeaderSauce, whose decades of experience have consistently transformed ordinary working groups into dynamic leadership teams.
