BuildIT is looking forward to welcoming subject matter experts from across the Unites States to discuss Utility Engagement and Data Center Development at our Strategic Planning Session on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at the InterContinental Hotel in DTLA. 

BuildIT’s leadership has carefully curated this gathering of industry leaders to discuss the challenges and opportunities within the utility sector as we in the marketplace adjust to changes in policy direction, procurement trends and utilization strategies.  

We are honored to have the participation of representatives from some of the nation’s top Data Center Development contractors/consultants who will join us to discuss addressing design/construction challenges, energy/water utilization and the economic impacts of multi-billion dollar construction projects in rural communities.

Honored that Scott Blair, ENR’s Editor in Chief, and Lucy Labruzzo, President and CEO of Engineering Partners Incorporated will serve as the Co-Moderators for this forward-looking series of panels and discussions leading to outcomes that will become part of our 20-year strategic plan.
