BuildIT was honored to be an industry partner at the March 5, 2025, Los Angeles World Airport’s (LAWA) “Women Building Airports LAX” event held at the iconic ‘Theme Building’ in the heart of LAX. The event included remarks from LAWA CEO John Ackerman and Chief Airport Development Officer Michael Christenson which was then followed by a conversation with Former CEO of LAWA, Lydia Kennard, who is now the CEO of KDG Construction, moderated by Amy Imamura PSHR-SCP/Director of Transformation within LAWA’s Airport Development Group.

BuildOUT California and our global brand BuildIT have had a strong collaboration with LAWA since our founding.
