Our featured panelist, Ange Matthews, has over 25 years of experience working with entrepreneurial ventures Big 4 consulting, and Fortune 500 organizations. She has delivered hundreds of programs to senior leaders, managers, and teams of all sizes in a variety of industries, with extensive experience in the design/construction industry, technology and media.
Before founding LeaderSauce in 2015, Ange built and led human resources divisions from the ground up at both Ernst & Young and Pitney Bowes, where she established policies, programs, and people strategies that shaped workplace culture and supported thousands of employees across multiple states. She then leveraged this expertise to launch and run two successful HR consulting firms, MetaForce and HR4Entrepreneurs.
