An Afternoon Reception celebrating Talin Espinoza on August 12 in Napa

BuildIT is pleased to join our construction industry partners in hosting a reception honoring the remarkable Talin Espinoza during Beaverdilly which is an annual mid-summer social gathering hosted every August by The Beavers since 1963.

For the past six years, Talin has served the Beavers organization as one of the founding members of the Women in Heavy Civil initiative, helping advance its mission to attract, retain, and promote women in the heavy civil construction industry. She has led programs and events at both the Annual Beavers Conference in Los Angeles and the annual Beaverdilly gathering.

Professionally, Talin serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Royal Electric Company, where she brings more than 20 years of experience in the AEC industry. She leads strategic growth initiatives, strengthens key client and industry relationships, advances major pursuits, and helps position the company for expansion into new markets.

To the AEC industry her impact has been profound.  Her leadership within organizations such as AGC of California, BuildIT, the International Partnering Institute, and the CMAA of Southern California has been nothing short of remarkable.  With all of these organizations she moves mountains, creates meaningful opportunities and does it with grace, resilience and integrity.
