The Fall is traditionally a very busy period within the AEC industry. Industry organizations, conferences, bids, workshops and year-end planning jump into hyper-drive. BuildIT was honored to join forces with the AEC industry of Northern California to produce the 2025 Construction Inclusion Week event which was held in Oakland on Thursday, October 16. Over 400 specialty trade partners and contractors, public agencies, industry organizations and decision makers gathered together to connect, advocate and build capacity. It was absolutely wonderful to be able to ‘hang out’ with our friends from the Nor Cal Carpenters Union!

We are a remarkable industry that loves to build things from the ground floor up. Special thanks to the remarkable team who worked so effectively to produce this powerful event.
