BuildOUT California celebrates the Biden/Harris’ administration on the selection of Mark Madrid to the post of Associate Administrator for the Office of Entrepreneurial Development at the US Small Business Administration (SBA) beginning February 11, 2021.
Mr. Madrid has served as the CEO of the Latino Business Action Network (LBAN) for the past four years. At its entrepreneurship forums, LBAN offers the most comprehensive report on Latinx business creation and scaling in the country. Madrid will report directly to Isabel Guzman, the president's choice to be SBA administrator who is currently the director of California's Office of the Small Business Advocate.
Mark was honored by the San Francisco Business Times in 2018 for the publication's Outstanding Voices program as part of Business of Pride.
