Join us in “Building History” as we launch the nation’s first Workforce Development and Training Program for LGBT/Allied individuals in collaboration with the Nor Cal Carpenters Union!
It is estimated that by 2030 the construction industry will have a workforce shortage of nearly 3 million people. Challenges of this scale call for bold action.
The leadership of the Nor Cal Carpenters Union and BuildIT invite you to join us for the historic launch of the nation’s first, full-scale, dedicated workforce training program for the LGBTQ and Allied communities. This program will become a workforce development model for the United States and beyond.
