Scott Blair serves as editor-in-chief of Engineering News-Record, including all editorial print and digital products, websites, videos, podcasts and events. He is a graduate of Vassar College. Winner of multiple awards from Jesse H. Neal. Construction Media Alliance, Construction Working Minds, AZBEES, and the Telly Awards for his writing, editing, photography, and videography.

Scott frequently posts in-depth project tour videos and interviews with industry leaders on the ENR video channel. In 2022, he was honored with the Shining a Light Media Award from Construction Working Minds for spotlighting mental health and substance misuse in the construction industry in an ENR cover story, helping to remove stigma and propel real action to combat these epidemics.
