Robert Luster is a founder, owner, and Director of Luster National. Inc. (Luster). Since 1990, Robert has led Luster on a sustainable and successful path of growth. Since 2022 he has transitioned into a director role to provide high-level leadership and strategic consulting services while his children have taken over the firm’s daily leadership. Mr. Luster will remain highly engaged in the company for many years to come. His focus is the creation and implementation of strategic services and solutions that optimize how teaming partners and clients execute large complex infrastructure programs.
