With 8 years of U.S. experience in Project Management/Construction Management (PM/CM) and over 20 years in infrastructure advisory and program delivery across Europe, he has led complex infrastructure projects from strategic planning to execution. As CEO of an A&E firm in the U.S., he gained deep expertise in A&E leadership and business operations. Now, as Vice President of Strategy, Planning, and Operations at Ghirardelli Associates, he focuses on strategic growth, transportation infrastructure planning, project execution, and operational efficiencies, while driving innovation in delivery.

Over nearly three decades, he has played a key role in major transportation infrastructure programs, including the London 2012 Olympics Transportation Network, California High-Speed Rail, and LACMTA projects. His expertise spans transportation economics, socio-economic impact analysis, risk management, and system safety, ensuring that mobility projects deliver economic, social, and environmental benefits.
