With more than 35 years of engineering and construction services experience, Jim has spent most of his career in various management roles for multi-billion-dollar alternative delivery projects such as the $2.+ billion LaGuardia Airport AirTrain Project and the $2+ billion FasTracks Eagle P3 Project, the nation’s first major transit public-private-partnership (PPP) procurement using a Design, Build, Finance, Operate, Maintain (DBFOM) contract.

Jim’s experience with all phases of project delivery from initiation to project closeout, including engineering studies, detailed engineering and project management/construction management, has proved valuable in anticipating project challenges and providing innovative, best-practice solutions, and results.
