Fuquan Collins currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer for Turner Construction. In this multi-faceted leadership role, he oversees Turner’s internal Inclusion and Equity initiatives including, Diverse Recruiting, Employee Resource Groups, and Talent Management.
Additionally, Fuquan leads the Community & Citizenship department, which focuses on creating meaningful and sustainable impact in the communities where Turner builds. C&C strategies and programs include Workforce Development, Community Outreach, Economic Development, and Future Builders across Turner’s five Business Centers in the United States and Canada.
Fuquan joined Turner in 2005 as a Field Engineer and advanced through various positions within the company while working on variety of different projects in New York City. In 2017, Fuquan became Chief Procurement Agent responsible for procuring contracts on 66 Hudson Boulevard project, which now serves as Turner’s New York City. In 2019, he was promoted to Procurement Manager of the New York business unit’s Interiors group. In 2021 Fuquan was elevated to Vice President National Director of the Community and Citizenship department.
