Charles Gans is the Senior Vice President and Project Executive for the Interborough Express (IBX) at MTA Construction & Development, where he leads the planning, engineering oversight, and public outreach for the major transit initiative. He serves as a primary public face and operational lead for the proposed 14-mile transit project connecting Brooklyn and Queens He frequently presents project updates at community open houses, public workshops, and panel discussions and he manages how passenger rail integrates with existing infrastructure.
