Through our SDBE15 Program, Clark is committed to achieving at least 15 percent small or disadvantaged business participation on all projects - even those that don't otherwise have prescribed business requirements. PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Atkinson/Clark, a joint venture of Guy F. Atkinson Construction and Clark Construction Group, is seeking certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) partners to join our team for the State Route 11 (SR 11)/Otay Mesa East Port of Entry (OME POE) Project. The OME POE will create a modernized land port of entry for the San Diego-Baja California region, improving the movement of goods, services and people. This project is a joint venture between SANDAG and Caltrans, in collaboration with state and federal partners in the United States and Mexico. This project is anticipated to have a DBE participation goal of 20% - 25%, with a 15-20% Small Business participation objective. Only DBEs certified by SANDAG and Caltrans will count towards the DBE participation goal. The OME POE project has a Community Benefits Agreement (CBA). Subcontractors will be required to utilize Union labor, unless otherwise specified.

Please note, we are available to assist interested DBE with any questions you have regarding bonding, financing, insurance, or scopes of work. Additionally, we are available to help with any technical assistance or requirements for work including support with obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance or services.
