Nick Polce is an accomplished leader with more than 25 years of diversified operational experience in construction, including eleven years with Flatiron in senior management roles, such as Director of Estimating, Vice President of Preconstruction Services Central and East Coast, Vice President of Operations - Central Division, and Vice President of Preconstruction. Nick now serves as Senior Vice President Preconstruction – US for Flatiron Dragados. Nick manages Business Development, Preconstruction Pursuit Management and Strategic Initiatives in the US Market.

Nick began his career as a Project Manager on large-scale civil projects prior to his move into estimating management as a Senior Estimator and Director of Construction and Estimating. He brings two decades of experience with a variety of business models, including Construction Manager at Risk, Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Progressive-Design-Build, Public-Private Partnerships (P3), and Integrated Project Delivery.
